Use .auDO as bounded public evidence and context, not as a substitute for organisation-specific investigation, assurance, professional advice or authoritative namespace data.
Nature of the service
An independent observatory and evidence resource
.auDO publishes observations derived from public DNS, registration, mail and infrastructure signals collected across a fixed panel of .au domains over time.
It is not a registry authority, regulator, auditor, certification service, vulnerability scanner, breach detector, threat-intelligence feed, risk-scoring product or real-time whole-namespace monitoring service.
Visible change may be benign
A change may be routine, administrative, operational, planned, defensive, temporary, accidental or otherwise benign.
Public signals are incomplete
.auDO cannot see private systems, internal controls, organisational intent, contractual context, operational impact or remediation activity.
Panel findings are bounded
The panel is not every .au domain and is not a representative measure of the namespace, an organisation category or a sector.
Data may be wrong
Public data may be delayed, unavailable, redacted, inferred, rate-limited, stale, misclassified or incorrect. Reports should be read with their date, evidence references and limitations.
No implied finding
Observations are not allegations, security ratings, compliance findings, breach indicators, evidence of compromise, provider-quality assessments or determinations of organisational risk.
Inclusion of a domain, organisation or provider does not imply concern, endorsement, ranking, partnership, responsibility or fault. .auDO is not affiliated with auDA, registry operators, registrars, government bodies, infrastructure providers or observed organisations unless explicitly stated.
.auDO is owned and editorially controlled by Bryan Chetcuti. The Vigo Group provides operational services and bears current project costs. Paid advisory work is separate and does not purchase inclusion, exclusion, favourable interpretation, unpublished findings, suppression of accurate evidence or influence over publication.
