What .auDO can respond to
Observatory enquiries
.auDO can respond to questions about its public scope, method, published observations, evidence references, citation, attribution, corrections and responsible use of its material.
Not a domain support service
.auDO is not a registry, registrar, regulator or domain support service. It can receive security reports about .auDO-operated services, but it cannot alter domain records, resolve registration disputes, investigate third-party domain security issues or act on behalf of an observed organisation.
Keep correspondence appropriate to a public-evidence project
Do not send passwords, credentials or unrelated confidential organisational information. For a correction or privacy concern, include the relevant public URL and a concise description of the issue. For a security report about .auDO-operated services, follow the security and vulnerability disclosure guidance.
